Every class comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t for you, you get every penny back.

How to ask for a refund

Send one email to help@terezablooms.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please write from the email address you used to buy, or tell us which one it was. No questions asked, and you don’t need to send anything back.

The Looks-Like-Ours Guarantee

The Satin Poinsettia Class (The Maker and the Seller Edition) also comes with our Looks-Like-Ours Guarantee, with no time limit. If you followed the lessons with the supplies on the US Supply List and your poinsettia still doesn’t look like ours, email help@terezablooms.com with a short video or a few photos that show how you made it. We’ll refund every penny you paid for the class.

What we refund

The full amount you paid, including any add-ons you bought with your order.

After the refund

Once your refund is made, your access to the class, its videos and its files ends.

If you bought the class as a gift, the gift code stops working once the refund is made. If it was already activated, the class access of the person who activated it ends too.
